Looks good. My wife likes beers like that.

Make it with 1056, and then another time try it with s-189 at low temp.

Really nice beer, but takes longer with the 189.

Cheers,
Bud

Hey Sav if your going for a megaswill type beer bring the mash down to about 62/63. I'd probably throw in 10g of the bsaaz @ 30min as well. but thats just me, I cant help myself when it comes to hop additions.

Cheers Brad

for a swiller not bad nearly a koelsch beer just if shes no used to hops forget the 10 min add an d flame out additions just do the 60 min and if must do one 30 mins

For less malt flava, please considering substituting rice, corn or plain sucrose for up to 30% of the grist.

That might make it more palatable to a non-beer drinker.

Is this beer secretly for yourself? and ur just pretending to make it for the Missus to get brownie points?
If so..., well played my friend!

Oh yeah........ add in 15% maize for a wonderful corn malt sweetness that the ladies really like!

I have found girls really like the character od B Saaz too so just do it all with that. She will love it.

cheers
