Some of you BAs attend the Ale Star sessions we run at the Sydney or St Kilda Taphouses so I thought I'd create a BA post updating the goings on.
The next (March) Ale Star session in both venues is about bocks featuring:
- Rogue Ales Dead Guy
- Hunter Brewing Co. Bock (on tap)
- Weihenstephaner Vitus
- Aventinus Eisbock
Special guest (in Darlo only) is Keith Grice, Head Brewer at Hunter Brewing Co (NSW)
Dates/times are 7pm March 2nd (Darlo) and 7pm March 16th (St Kilda).

Coming up in April (St Kilda only) is a Feral night with special guest, Feral brewer Brendan Varis. We haven't finalised Darlo yet.

Ale Star sessions are monthly gatherings of like-minded beer fans with each session focussing on a different style, brewery etc. There are occasionally special guests.
Each session costs $30 which includes 4 beer samples and heaps of pizza. There is also annual Ale Star memberships available which has various perks.
