Hey guys, anyone able to work out the subs for this grain bill.

One thing i didnt ask was what style of beer are you making exactly? As i can see some logic in Ross noting the Pilsner over Ale malt.

Its a Centennial Blonde-

14.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
1.25 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM)
0.50 oz Centennial [9.50%] (55 min)
0.50 oz Centennial [9.50%] (35 min)
0.50 oz Cascade [7.80%] (20 min)
0.50 oz Cascade [7.80%] (5 min)
Danstar Nottingham

Its a Centennial Blonde-

Pils if you want grain sweetness, Ale if you want it muted and just 'malty'. A blend, like you suggested is also good. I use a blend when i make Cream Ales and it turns out really well.

I'd go the blend ;)

I like to 40/40 ale/pilsner. It cuts back the sweetness and balances it out rather nice.

Yeah. Apparently its a good drop. My next brew I guess.
