So I have spent some time weighing & stock taking tonight after I got everything back into the shed and packaging into BULK lots. Soooo what I have ended up with is:

Sizeable amount of Hops - $8.5 per 100g (Don't expect anyone to buy the unknown hop B, C, E and J) hahahaha.

Hop C - ? - 190g
Hop D - Northern Brewer (2014 Crop) - AA% 8.8 - 2.3Kg
Hop E - Cluster (2009 Crop) - AA% - 3.7Kg
Hop F - Perle - 520g
Hop G - Mittlefruh (2015 Crop) - AA% 3.0 - 4.3Kg
Hop H - Willamette - AA% 1.8 - 1.4Kg
Hop I - Kent Goldings - AA% 6.5 - 6.3Kg
Hop J - ? Think Its Amarillo - 1.0Kg
Centennial - 1.1Kg
Mosaic (2012 Crop) - AA% 11 - 2.2Kg
Galaxy (2015 Crop) - AA% 13.5 - 4.10Kg

Hop E (Bucket) Unknown Doesn't look like Cluster.. - 850g

Chocolate Malt - 14.0Kg

1x 25Kg - Dextrose - 25kg Sack $35 - $1.2 Per Kg

Pilsner - 600g
Ginger Beer - 200g
US - 100g


That is about all the sellable useful stuff. Have some people (Gazzanet, Bottleobill & SBOB) that have given interest to early so they get first dibs and better deals .

I will post through prepaid post satchels for anything under 3kg and will be boxed and posted at cost for everything else.

I seem to have made some errors in the above pricing.... too many home brews I think.

Maltodextrin should be $50 per sack and the dex $25 for the sack.

SBOB asked about yeast strain and packaging - I have no idea of the strain it was packaged in airtight container in the fridge at the shop and weighed out according to each brew.

This is interesting about the type of hops and letter does each BOP use different letter for each hop .
