Im after a sydney brew shop that stocks the most differant types of grain and hops as my local doesnt have much to choose from and limits my styles unless i pay for delivery from elsewhere. Ive browsed all the websites and cant find Munich 2 on any of the locals.

I think i need to convince my fiancee to move closer to Carbrook so i can have a one stop bunnings style brew shop.

Your options are still pretty limited even in Sydney.
If you give Gerard a call he should be able to sort you out easily for all the mainstream base grains, and the common specialties.
Otherwise checkout ESB at Peakhurst.

Kingy,
Strange.
You do know that Munich 2 is also called Dark Munich by some manufacturers, yes?

Pat Casey @ Faulconbridge is closest to you. He has Dark Munich according to his website.

You may be thinking of Caramunich III. It's made by Weyermann.
It is a Crystal malt & the darkest of their 3 Caramunichs (I,II & III).

Ask Pat to give you a rundown next time your in.

Rgds,
Peter
