Silly Quick Sediment Question

Brewed some cider and they have been in the bottle for around 4 weeks now.
My question is. there is a small layer, few millimeters at the bottom, of sediment. and it looks like the fruit i added etc and other stuff of course.
Question is, would u shake it, like orange juice, before pouring and mix it in, or pour it gently and leave the sediment in the bottom?
 
What you could do it try one of each, maybe a blind tasting
 
The bottom line is its not going to hurt you to drink it and will only make a small difference to the flavour. Many people don't shake it, preferring not to have a cloudy drink. Its really up to you to work out how you prefer to drink it
