Shops In North Sydney

Hi all,

I've tried a search for retail shops in North Sydney (there are two that I have found) but I was looking for one a bit nearer Frenchs Forest/Belrose way - there was one in Brookvale but that's closed.

I only need some bottles and some yeast right now and would prefer not to have to pay delivery charges from an on-line site - at a push, I could live with just the bottles - tried the local Coles and Woolies but neither stock bottles.

Any ideas where I can get them from?

I live on the north side, only one i know of is Dave's Home Brew at North Sydney, at the cricket oval there. He could sort you out with bottles and yeast.

Yep - heard of Dave's and the reviews and all that - just bit of a trek for me just to buy some plastic bottles - can't believe there isn't anywhere closer.

Big W at Warringah Mall sells PET bottles off memory, they have a bit more range than the Woolies downstairs for a decent yeast though your probably best to order online and have it posted in an envelope.
