Doc,
I give in.
What are C* American pellets?

No brewing for me this weekend, nor next by the looks of it. Will have to do some quick-turnaround beers after that to compensate for the dip in production, most likely an ordinary bitter using ringwood ale, an apa and another hefe.

There's a long weekend this weekend?? I don't think I'll have the time to do any brewing, with the whole studying constantly and the such. I'll make my next batch a few days after I hand up my thesis... hopefully.

Sure. Here it is.

Hang in there P&C - they'll taste all the better when the thesis has been submitted for review.

Oh yeah! I have a celebratory batch bottled and will be ready to be opened on the 10th October- Sully's realist Pale Ale. It'll be appreciated!

I am going to do a TCB Wheat Wetpack, not as good as the rest of you, but hopefully after doing this one I will add some extra into the next one to bring up the alkyhol.

Looks good goatherder, Im drinking a pint of my Evil twin now which uses Centennial and Amarillo, the only difference is that I dry hopped with the finishing 60gms. The original recipes OG is a bit high for me so I think yours will turn out great at 1.050.

Enjoy :chug:

What are C* American pellets?

My guess is Cascade, Centennial, Colombus, Chinook and any others I've forgotten.

Got it in one Kai. Whatever I put my hands on first in the hop freezer. Probably a combo of a few of them and maybe even some Simcoe.

Doc

Whoops, correction, no brewing for me this weekend

Threw down a dark partial tonight...now all my fermenters are in use for at least the next week

I guess I'll be doing a little emptying too TL, except I've already got empty kegs :(
PZ.

Thanks Kai.
It never occured to me that it didn't matter, and so could be a wildcard char.

With 3 out of 5 kegs empty and the remainder only half full, I'm hoping to mash something this weekend.
Perhaps a Smoky Rye Porter or an American Brown.

Rgds,
Peter
