Harris Scarfe (SA) have 2kg x 1gm scales on sale from today. They are reduced from $60 down to $19, looks good. Check out your junk mail for details, thought this may be of interest guys. Donmac.

that's where I got my scales from. here's the link to the catelogue sp.

Scarfe...

Whatever scales you buy, they never cover everything.

I ended up with a set that weigh 15 kg for grain and another set that weigh 100 gms down to 0.01 gm for salts.

2 kg scales will be perfect for hops and grain, but if you ever go double batching, you want to weigh out 10 kg of grain.

Good value, I am in for a set tomorrow, thanks for the tip. Steve.

just quitely... when something was $100 ($99.95), and is selling for $29, doesnt that give the savings a little bit over 70% rather then the 60% they advertise....

im not complaining or anything.... just more of a little mistake i picked up

now back to studying for a uni exam tomorrow. HOORAH!!

They are the same as I got from Big W. Great scales.
