M milob40 i'd rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal Joined 4/9/10 Messages 504 Reaction score 2 12/11/11 #5 when usins s189 i found the same in my very long learning curve with ag. i now mash lagers at 63 but make sure you mash for a full 90 min or your efficiency will drop. :icon_cheers:
