Howdy Folks,
I saw this recipe in the latest mag and wanted to give it a try. Being a sheetie, I am lucky to own my own "kebab cooker" it works a treat and I have never thought to add wood chips to give a smoke flavour. Yesterday I happened upon a bag of hickory chips at Aldi and my mind went back to the recipe I read about in Beer and Brewer, and a plan formed.

The hickory wood chips, soaked in water added to the brickettes.

The kebabs cooking nicely. My missus, who is pretty hard to impress, thought these smoked kebabs were great!.
