Tony Quality over Quantity Joined 26/4/04 Messages 7,168 Reaction score 276 4/8/07 #3 OK I was just trying to work out a good ratio of rice gulls to wheat malt to use tommorrow. so say 80% starch and some protein, other little bits that leaves about 10% i recon. so 100g/kg of wheat should give me the same sort of ratio as i get with an all barly grist. In using 7KG of weyermann pale wheat malt so 700G of 7 liters (they are about the same) is going in. cheers
