I have looked around the net and the manufacturers websites

And because I am not smart enough, I can't work out how to find the Potential SG of the following grains

Can you help

There you go. If you trial either Beersmith or Promash (both free trials) you can also download info on Australian grains for both. Makes life easier.

It may be that the info on the gravity potential on the maltsters sites is not in this (non-metric) format. Can't remember exactly how the metric system one works, but the numbers will be somewhere round the 200-300 mark, IOB-HWE. Anybody remember what they mean?
