Not one to brag, nor do I think is this worthy of a published recipe by my name , but gee its close.
If you couldn't be bothered with full grain and fancied playing with extract, may I off a great start (IMHO)
Put down 1.5 kg of Amber and 1.5 kg of Extra light liquid malts with 500 grams Dry light malt, 250 grams dextrose, with 200 grams of Cara malt grain infusion pack. Yeast either 04 or 05.
Hop bill was -
7g @ 30m Citra
7g @ 30m Green Bullet
15g @ 20m Citra
15g @ 20m Green Bullet
10g @ 10m Citra
10g @ 10m Green bullet
Turned out a full bodied beer. Very hoppy (but only just to my tastes) perfect head and lacing, and very well balanced, neither malty sweetness nor hoppy bitterness dominate.
IBU was around 46 with 23 litres.
I guess if I was to take one thing out of it , it would be the body.
Just throwing it out there for those who like to play.
