Planning, Planning, Planning.....

Since work has decided to interrupt my ability to brew for a couple of months I'm left reading AHB and salivating. As luck would have it I've been gifted a few cans of goop, so now I can start planning what to put in the fermenters in a couple of weeks. Only problem is you guys have given me too many tasty ideas that I don't know where to start.

Here's what I've got and my thoughts so far...

Coopers Aust Pale Ale - thought I'd do a CPA using cultured yeast from a couple of bottles of Coopers
Coopers Mexican Cerveza - was thinking of using this as a base for a raspberry fruit beer
Coopers Canadian Blonde
Cascade Golden Harvest

Any suggestions warmly welcomed, SWMBO wouldn't complain if she got a nice dark beer out of the fermenter. I have made a couple of batches using a kit, a can of extract and a hops tea bag but haven't ventured much further, though I am willing to give it a crack for a better final product.
