Seeing pineapple juice is pretty cheap am considering having a go at making some cider out of it.
I've seen a few attempts on line so how hard could it be.

Am thinking of using a malt with some yeast nutrient. Not sure about adding hops though.

My other fruit ciders seem to be hitting the spot as are the ginger beers.

Anyone had a go at it before?
Any advice?

This has been talked about before. Not sure what the results were. Only potential problem is the pineapple juice has protease enzymes in it which break down proteins. This could stress the yeast and will certainly kill any head stability.

But give it a go. And report back.
