Pilsner and helles questions

Looking good. Although I'd still reduce the late hops to maybe 10 - 15 g at 15 min as helles really don't have much hop aroma or flavour (sometimes none).

Consider adding in a kilo of vienna and ensuring the temp stays between 60 and 70 for at least 30 minutes. This will make it a partial mash.

Yeah okay, I'll try that on my next attempt but hopefully ill be brewing AG by then.
Gonna try BIAB, but I wont have the time to do an AG brew until im working out of Hobart again. Plus i need to get the plumbing redone in the garage as I'm not too popular when i brew in the kitchen. Especially if i were to extend the brew time an extra 60-90 min!
