Thanks for the suggestions and helpful hints. After much deliberation I decided to go the tea route and added it to a brew I'm about to pitch for the Comps round this year. I won't reveal what style at the moment. B)



Don't worry about the French Press, it's the one our cleaning lady uses for her coffee before she starts so she doesn't need to know about it.

Anyway, thanks to the mouse and I thanked it and said words over the (as promised) resting place amongst the herbs.
