Putting a call out for applicants to potentially join the team at Australian Independent Brewers. Located in Smeaton Grange, South-west Sydney.

We require at least 1 production brewer to fill our brewing team & possibly another, or a cellar hand.

The job is phisically demanding & requires people who thrive on hard work & ability to meet deadlines.

A home brewer with a few years full mash brewing experience, excellent fundemental brewing knowledge & passion for beer & brewing would fit in well.

Must be able to work rotating roster 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm.

Hmm if i had the smarts, and the home & personal experience...

Though, am fairly new. If however somebody would like somebody to shovel grain, clean and assist in the inner west Sydney area...or inner Sydney area...i would be keen. I work in liquor retail at the moment...keen to assist in a more production based level.
