It is perfect brewing weather for Stout
Dont forget that it is a beer designed big to allow it to mellow out over a few months
Good stouts need yeasts that work better at around 16*c.....IMHO.
Stout needs to be put in the corner and let sit.
But beware, they will throw the biggest krausen of them all
