No Beer November

Was SWMBO's idea. Now it's December - hooray!
I got through NBN unscathed. A couple of things helped:
1. Got a weekend reprieve for Beerfest in the middle of the month.
2. The other thing was my newly setup keezer. Put 2 cornies went in at end of Oct / start of Nov. Had to "check" them a few times, for correct carbonation etc. The oatmeal stout is really starting to taste good now after almost a month. The APA has been pretty good since the 2nd week. Only problem is, the keg of APA is bloody near empty... Hoping I can get my next APA in there before anyone notices, it went into the other chesty for CC yesterday. Got a few bottled beers I want to try too, so guess I'll be drinking them the next few nights to draw attention away from my nearly empty keg.

Ha, doesn't sound like it ended up being NO beer November? Good effort though, bet your body enjoyed the break!

So really it was less beer November? I've tried to do it many times and only ever make it to the next Friday - there's nothing like that first Friday arvo beer at the end of a long week.

Well I suppose "Less Beer November" is a good achievement. But here comes December to make up for it. I guess the NBN is to rest your liver for the Xmas period... :lol:

I've been on fitness and weight loss binge for the last 8 weeks, 2 more to go. Have to watch the consumption for both the weightloss and energy levels next day...
