Gday Ladies/Gents,
Name is Adrian. I received my first home brew kit from my partner christmas just gone. Just one of those Coopers kits from kmart. Who needs to go back to buying beer after using it. There's so much more satisfaction in drinking something you've made yourself. Started first using the coopers tins and what they reccommended, then onto adding hops into it, and have just bottled my first using a 30minute boil. Aiming for a S&W pacific ale, albeit slightly stronger coming in at 6%.
This looks like an awesome community, and was wondering if there are any clubs or groups in the south west/west suburbs of melbourne. I live in point cook myself.
