New Signature Malt, What to Brew?

Hello fellow Brew meister's. A mate bought me a bag of the new Joe White Signature Malt for my birthday and am wondering if anyone has tried it yet?

What are people thoughts on it and what beers to make from it?? Was thinking a simple Pilsner so the malt is the hero but not quite sure.

BTW, I am a total brewer noob but love the art of the brew.
