Owner raffles off pub

Winner will get 19th century tavern in Birmingham, England
An English pub owner has decided to raffle off his 160 year-old pub.
Derek Organ says his Birmingham pub is worth 250,000 and hopes to raise that with the raffle. He hopes to sell 10,000 chances top win the Cross Keys for at 25 each.
"It's still a viable business, but we just fancy a change," Organ said. "I didn't want the hassle of dealing with estate agents, so thought this would be a good idea instead."
He and his wife hope to emigrate to Canada. He expects to be able to draw a winner within three months or when the allocated number of tickets are sold.
