A great starting setup indeed. Am sure it shall go well.
I dare say my first setup will be similar using whatever is in the shed to create the gravity tiered levels!

Indeed!

Gravity is your friend, as is a shed with an old sideboard and a milk crate or 2 (are they the most common part of peoples brewerys?)

And the old brick stand which gets the kettle off the ground just enough that i can gravity feed, thru the plate chiller, into a fermenter.

The half brick (bottom right) is so i can tip the kettle and get all the precious wort into the fermenter. My precious.......

Have fun Paddo and welcome to the dark side.

Cheers

p.s. pfffft, a real mash paddle. Whats wrong with a coopers spoon? :D

Indeed!

Lucky are those who own a shed & I am not included. :(

IF I was fortunate enough to own a shed & decided to go with a gravity setup a few braces on the wall & one under each tier would soon get a gravity setup going similar to Squire's rig but without the "Stairway to the Stars".
Way to go Brucy. :super:

TP
