I just wanted to share my new personal how-to site that's for homebrewers and small-scale commercial brewers. I have a Dipl.Brew qualification from the IBD that I earned here in the US, but right now am essentially a large-scale homebrewer. The commercial brewing guide uses pictures that I took at Santa Fe Brewing and Sierra Blanca Brewing in NM. This is my first post here and I look forward to reading the great topics here!

Excellent site, you have put a lot of work into it so far. Love the bling-factor too, that's some great looking gear.

Great site and good read... the type of "how to" guides you're featuring are invaluable for new and experienced brewers alike. Love the simplicity of the silicon tube as a fly sparger... might think about sourcing an auto sparger and replacing the copper I currently use.

Lol, I have no problem with Diatomaceous filtering...I have a problem with boiled pig hoof being added to my beer.

Why use either? that said, I also don't like gelatine.
