Ok,

While looking after the kids during this school holidays I decided to give BIAB a go.

MHB helped out with the bag

I spent the hole boil concerned of melting the bag.

Anyway here is a photo of me breaking up dough balls in the mash.

Notice I have my flame suit on in preparation for a good old fashion flaming.

Off'y

I would recommend several bag additions, one at 60min of the Myer variety, full bodied, plenty of bite, then at 15min a Woolies 8 items or less 0.1micron thickness number for a touch of flavour.. then at 0min a Aldi fully bio-degradable corn starch for that sugary aroma.

Yeah I'd be worried about melting that bag too! hahaa

Offy, you shouldn't get any doughballs brewing in a bag. I think I will come and supervise next time okay?

Say hello to MHB for me Offy.

Spot!
Pat

P.S. I'm going to link this thread in the main BIAB thread :)
