Well, my Fiance and I just put our very first batch of homebrew down.

I'm using a kit, and the recipe for "strawberry blonde" on Coopers' website, except we're using Leatherwood honey instead of strawberry clover honey.

One question I have is about temperature. I've got my fermenter in the spare bathroom, but I have no means of keeping a constant temperature, is this going to be a problem?

Thanks,

Jason.

Cooler is always better, 20deg is a nice place to be, but if you can't get there, don't stress, it will still turn out like beer. A wet t-shirt around the fermenter will help keep the temps down. If the bathroom's a spare, can you partly immerse the fermenter in the bath ??

Congrats on the first brew, you're on the slippery slope now
