HI all,
Got home today to find my fermenting fridge had frozen up and hence the air flow from freezer to fridge had stopped. I had a bohemian pils in there which i had set at about 12 degrees. I went away sunday and was bubbling away nicely, came home today, was still fermenting but at 18 degrees. Will this have any adverse affects on my beer? OG was 1062 and today it was at 1026. Im using white labs old bavarian lager yeast.
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers, Rob
