One of the sites biggest let downs in the fact that there is just a redirect when you go to http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com - it just redirects you to the forums.
Thats terrible for search engines and rankings.
I'mgoing to start to work hard on some Search Engine optimisations so we can start to build the site up.
I have just added Search Engine friend URLS (as you can see this thread is called http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/Most...t3663-s15.html) so that should help a lot. Hopefully in a week or so we will have a nice new front page and then I will re-add the site to get indexed again.
When that happens I will also be sending out an email about the new site and layout that will hopefully bring back some people that are inactive.
For some wierd reason the site reported this today:
Most users ever online was 353 on Today, 03:45 PM
I imagine it was a search engine or some bot, i'll havr to check the logs later on, but either ay the site has been real busy latest and I want to keep this momentum up and keep the site fresh and interesting.
