Mornington Peninsula Brewery - Ipa. I Want To Clone!

So I tried Mornington Peninsula Brewery's IPA on tap at Fed Square last night and it was SO good.

I want to try and make something similar. The guy on the tap's said the hops were Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra. Anyone tried this beer or have any advice on a grain and hop schedule?

I asked the dude when I was at the brewery other day, Golden Promise malt. And I think maybe some crystal.


They were running their pale through some wet galaxy hops, man it was good. Heavy, heavy fruit.
