I put down the following but it seems to have finished fermenting and the SG is a touch high.

1.7kg Coopers Lager
1.5kg Coopers LME
0.5kg Dextrose

2 x packets Morgans Lager yeast

Temp between 14-16C for last 13 days

SG is now 1015

I make that attenuation of about 0.66? Should I try warming it up to get the SG to drop a few more points, I was thinking it would finish around 1012...

That does seem quite high. With the heavy use of the lme that could account for a fairly high FG compared to a kit and kilo of sugar, but maybe not that high. There's no harm in warming it to 20 for a couple of days in case there's any diacetyl needs cleaning up. Shouldn't add any off flavours at this stage and the Morgans yeast is quite happy to ferment higher.
