Just got into brewing. BRewed about 3 items 2 beers and 1 cider. First 2 attempt at cider and honey beer failed as there was a faulty seal on my fermenter and it didnt ferment completely.
finally i have corrected the issue and cooked up MJ blonde lager it turned out nice but my question is i am kegging and charging with co2 bottle but when i pour it it seems it has charged as there was a nice froth but as u drink 5 min into it it does drop fizz quite quickly.
In other words how to charge beer in keg almost like real commercial beers or close to it.
I will try classic gold from MJ as i read in this forums good review for it. AlSo to produce more alcohol should i just add 500g dextrose in addition?
