Milk the Funk are running another collaboration brew and I thought It would
Be cool to make this happen in OZ. The recipe and style has been chosen.

This time round it will be a Tart Saison with a grist of 70% Pils 10% oats 10% Rye and 10% Wheat.

Everything else is up to you. Ferment how you want with whatever.
