I trotted along to the Windsor tonight (thurs) as I was talking to a man about a dog job last night and missed the other wcb'ers who went to the grosvenor. He seemed to be a really nice and genuine sort of guy and was not afraid to share information. When I asked him if he still enjoyed brewing after 30+ years in the business it was an unequivocal yes which was refreshing to hear.

PS he also thought similar to others about "The Knowldege" and it was pi$$ funny hearing him relate his visit to LC today, apparently someone behind the bar was giving him a spiel about "The Knowledge" then someone in the brewhouse looked over and recognized who who he was and politely advised the bar person who they were actually talking to.
