For Brisbanites, Maltose in 500g tubs is back at the Burlington Chinese Supermarket, Chinatown Mall (Duncan St), Fortitude Valley.
Still $2 for a 500g tub but they have changed the brand. If you look at their logo they call themselves "Greek Wall" Oh dear :lol: :lol:

Tin Coopers Cerveza
Mini Cereal Mash with 1kg Galaxy and 500 rice then sparge and boil for 30 mins with 15 Galena

S-189 at 19 degrees
Fine and Polyclar the shyte out of it
The maltose seems to give a bit of 'meatiness' and slight sweetness that goes will with light flavoured quaffers as opposed to all ricez or sugaz.
On tap for Xmas and New year for any Corona fanboyz and girlz.
