Hello all long times no brews.
So its been a while since ive brewed a batch or two, persuing other things; women etc.
i have brought back the old 3ves from the dead today and was looking at putting one down this weekend. - if i can remember how to do it !!!!
something about mixing warmish water 40c with malted corn etc.
so to the juicy stuff:
i have also came across around 10kgs of ale malt and the same in choc with about 5kgs of dark..- my main brew before was the stout, a real mans drink.
the grain is about a year old, been stored in air tight containers with moister eaters, smells great and mills fine with no signs of rats nor mice inside it.
not that i want to be a cheap bastar, craftbrewer is 20 mins north, but what do.you think yhe chances are ??
of course my fellow beernaughts i would be buying fresh hops and yeast !!!
thanks for your input wise men.
-cant find spell check.
