hah... went on a tour there, i wouldn't call a brewery with a $13M packaging plant that can spew out 25000 cases of beer in a single run and has 20,000 hL of beer onsite at any one time a boutique brewer!

Maybe you would if you owned a brewery that was an order of magnitude or two bigger...

Personally, I reckon any brewery that measures its capacity in hectolitres is too big.
