I recently did my LCPA recipe but this time dry hopped with 30g cascade flowers (thanks Ross). I had to post the recipe as the first glass came out of the keg brilliant!

Black Rock Plisner Blond
Brewcraft #15 Brew Booster (1.5 KG dry malt extract, glucose and corn syrup I think)
Cascade pellets 10g in the boil
Cascase Flowers 30g dry hopped in secondary
Safale Yeast

Boil all ingredients (except yeast and hop flowers) for 30 min with 2lt water. Add to fermenter to final volume of 20lt. Ferment at 18c then move to secondary. Dry hop cascade flowers in secondary for 7 days then keg!

OG 1048
FG 1012

Enjoy

Hopefully my herms will be finished soon, waiting still on the boilermaker, and then the all grain starts.

next time might change the hops to 20g of cascade flowers. I like hoppy beers but this might be a little to much for the others siting at my bar. I guess we will see this weekend.
