G'day guys looking for a great summery lager extract recipe! Nice and hoppy but easy to drink as I live in townsville and ******* it's humid!!!

Have heard Cooper Mexican Cervaze is pretty good.

Recipe idea?? I brewed a kit of tgat ages ago but wasn't fussed. Was just it and BE1 but

Opps..missed the extract bit.

Why not a Pilsner.

Light extract and Saaz hops. Very easy

Bitter to about 40Ibu with an SG of 1050

Cant give hopping amounts without knowing AA% of hops, but hop to about 30ibu with 60min then split your 15-20m & 0m to make up the rest
