I did a partial early last year that was not to bad, but now that I have gone to all grain I want to do something the same.

Coopers Lager Tin
1.5kg Pilsner
1.5kg Munich 1
20 grams Hallertauer @ 60 mins
30 grams Hallertauer @ 10 mins

What would be the equivalent with all grain.

Cheers,

Youngy

2 more kg of Pilsner in exchange for the tin and you should be onto something pretty nice. Also dry hop about 15grams, that'll add another couple of days of conditioning for the flavor to mellow out, but it adds aroma which is just awesome. You could always check the recipe db for some lager ideas, just sort by beer type: lager :)

(If you have an alcohol content, batch size, IBU readings that you want to reach then some of the other guys will be able to help you out more specifically).

As long as the volume of the brew and boil remain the same, you will achieve the same IBU.

Just remember that hop utilisation decreases with the SG of your boiling wort so it's always best to boil with an SG around 1.050.
