hi, i have some s189 i want to try on a good lager recipe.
hops available are willamette magnum, galena, halletau, tettnang, cluster, summer sazz, galaxy, cascade, amarillo.
grain on hand: 2kg vienna, 3kg munich 1 , 6kg bb ale, 12kg bb pilsner, carahell, caramunich, light crystal, wheat,
was thinking of maybe a corona style with a subtle bit of hop bang (cascade) late edition.
or even a euro stlyle lager , yes i know corona can be bland but this is gonna be a crowd pleaser for a birthday party
1 keg of xxxx gold clone and one keg of dr smurtos ga and one keg of something else.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My german pilsner base goes like this, and has always been a favourite.
90/10% pilsner/munich to desired strength based on your efficiency and equipment.
25-40 IBUs, I'd suggest 30 as a good base for a crowd pleaser.
60 minute bittering addition and then a flavour addition of 1.23g/litre rounded (unless your scales are really really good)
In your case I'd suggest perhaps bittering with magnum and then finishing with hallertau, or all hallertau, but I believe some people have made summer saaz pilsners and enjoyed them.
