Shark, does your fridge have a drain hole in the back? If so, you could run the gas line up through the drain hole and into the fridge. No drilling required. And go the picnic tap as suggested by previous posters and you have an inexpensive, functional system that needs no permanent modifications to the fridge.
 
Problem simply solved ......................get a new wife who won't object to holes in fridges!

Today I drilled the gas line in through the side.

Next I have to decide in 2 or 3 kegs (2 or 3 taps on the front) :)

They are awesome, and the best thing is you can use them for a picnic setup as well so they will always get use.

How do you balance one of these without a flow-restricted tap?
