Keg Gassing

I'm just wondering hwo you guys who use kegs gas them. I currently hook it up cold at about 250kpa for 24 hours then knock it back for serving.
What is your method?

Do any of you rapid carbonate? i was thinking of giving this a go next time but want to know you opinion on it.

You might as well give it a go mate. Everyone does it a little different. So try out a few methods. You'll figure out what works best for you.

Personaly I like to keep my kegs in rotation and slow carbonate at low pressure. Doesn't make the beer any better. Just means I always have something on tap.
