2nd AG done and went off without a hitch..

well except for when i was adding my topup for the sparge and my mash tun was full half way through the top up. :lol:
Oh yeh, 28litres water +11kilos of grain + 11 litres sparge doesn't quite fit in a 40 litre Mash tun. h34r:
Turned out all good. A few recipe mods on the run..

It's a bastardised version of Ross's Octoberfest.
Once again Mothballs helped me out with the recipe. "Ta"
only 5 days till me first batch is ready to drink...

Cant Wait!!!
