I'm just about ready to reassemble and fire up the brury for the first time since leaving Brisbane, for a quick keg-filling ordinary bitter. I've got a fermented ESB fresh wort ready for kegging.
Unfortunately for me, the grain I ordered for my 2 long weekend brews didnt arrive in time. At least I know the yeast will be well and truly built up by next week, when I have to brew after work, bugger it. Time to start buying sacks of grain, rather than on a need only basis, so I can brew whenever I have some downtime :beerbang:
