Anyone had a go at making a JSIPA clone?
does anyone know what sort of bittering hops it uses?
Any comments on this hops schedule?, not sure about the Chinook, maybe cCentennial would be better? cHEERS

Use POR to bitter. And I'd steer away from US hops altogether for the hopping. All fuggles late.
