HMMM..I wonder what the pay is like?

Experience consultant brewers get paid reasonably.
Experience head brewers get paid adequately.
Brewery assistants get paid as if they are on a government training scheme.

pay? who cares. minimum wage at LC would be worth $10 more an hour anywhere esle.

the only problem would be convincing the bank to accept the beer you were getting paid in as payment for the mortgage
