1/3 of an awesome band and a great Bassist. RIP Jack.
 
Probably the best bassist I know of.
Even though he was really a jazz bassist, he was brilliant in Cream.

Sad loss.
 
Shit...

I use to jam with a couple of mates as a young bloke and imagine we were Cream. Only vastly less talented.
Considering their lifestyles, I was sure Baker or Clapton would have gone first.

Jacks soaring vocal could always cut through his bandmates egos..

I learnt to play bass in my teens back in the nineties and even though Cream were doing their thing 30 years earlier Jack Bruce was probably my greatest influence. Great songs with fun and interesting bass lines to go with it.
