I'm Back

Have been relatively quiet on this forum lately as I have moved out and for the last few months was living with a mate in his apartment.

BUT... I'm back! This week I moved into a house with 2 other guys. They aren't brewers yet, but are keen to learn how to brew and one of our mates just lives around the corner and he wants to come up and lend a hand too. So the brewery will be back up and running in the very near future.

Has anyone got any suggestions for introducing the housemates to brewing? They are New/VB drinkers at the moment. Was contemplating a wheat beer.

BTW I am AG brewer.

Great news Josh. Let them have some input into what ever you do and like GH said go for a low IBU quafer and they will be hooked too.

Yeah that Sparkling Ale was one consideration. I really liked that beer. Recipe here for those interested.
